Yet another hardcore punk festival? Why yes, yes that is exactly what I need! That's what I'll be doing tomorrow, heading to lovely Victoria for an amazing day.
This will be my second time going to Victoria. I visited that charming city with Mike a couple of weeks ago. What a cute place! We went to a few museums and walked around most of the day enjoying the sights. As usual, there was a lot of me doing this:
So I will now share some of those photos with you! Hooray!
The voyage really began at 6am when we woke up to catch the early bus to the ferry. There are no happy pictures from this time, as morning people we are not. After coffee was had, and we settled onto the ferry for the journey the fun began. I taught Mike how to play crazy eights, and proceeded to beat him every time. Muahahaha. He blames the mini cards, whilst I credit my mad skillz. Who is right? Well, me of course. Duh. That is always the case. ;)
Now, random photo time!
(Click to see them in their full glory)

OOo random cute alleyways! How I love thee.

The parliament. You can just wander wherever you please in there! We kept waiting for someone to yell at us, but they never did.

Oh cute little seaside flowers, how you fill my heart with joy.

Hobnobbing with (ie: staring at) the Royal Family in the wax museum.

Whew time for a nap! Isn't our room
cozy? Bahahah! JUST A BED NOTHING MORE THAT IS ALL YOU NEED FOOLISH TOURIST. ENJOY THE WALLS AAHAHAHAHA
Hey, it was cheap! :)

The harbour at night. I love how the parliament is so beautifully decorated.

Day two! ALL we did, for real, was tour the British Museum. Egyptian mummies Imax to begin with, and lots -and I mean LOTS- of pretty dull stuff in between. I absolutely adored the "War Brides" exhibit though. Apparently it was at the War Museum in Ottawa before coming here. Worth seeing for sure. Then there was my
favourite part, the one above!! It was a mini TOWN all historically accurate and
charming! I wanted to live there, especially due to the lack of crackbums. We only got here at the end of the day, so we basically ran through it. Boo hoo :(

I took a wee break and went to a charming little fish shanty.
Oh just kidding, I'm still in the museum! Har har that's a real knee slapper that one. At least I didn't have to smell those fish guts in real life. These resin models had all the gore, none of the stench! Hmm, I need to stop updating this blog when I'm crazy due to lack of sleep. Sorry.

I ran past this at breakneck speed, then did a cartoon kind of skid stop and took this picture. Look at those good ol' Williamstown boys on there! Check out that last dude! Yeah, we all know who lives in HIS house now, yessiree. ;) Those other two Wtowners? Well I've definitely gotten an educational lecture over their grave sites many a time. Cleaned their church for them too. We have so much in common! Especially the part about going back to Williamstown once they were done with the west (Oooo foreshadowing).

Back on the ferry, enjoying the sunset on the way to Vancouver.
Victoria was grand!! :D
