A month ago we adopted a dog from the OSPCA in Cornwall. There was a horrible case of abuse and multiple dogs were seized, my sweet Peggy Sue among them. She was in rough shape, overweight with multiple ear infections at once, starved for affection after spending years locked in a cage. I nearly spit my tea all over this Metro article yesterday. For real? I think someone let the Quebecois spell check run WILD.Maybe it is quite on purpose. YAY Montreal!! I found the *perfect* apartment for me right downtown. It is a 3 1/2, which in Mtl speak is a 1-bedroom. My kitchen and living room actually have a wall between them too! *GASP* I found out that this is rare to find in my price range.
